Tuesday 9:30 am to 7:00 pm. Friday 9:30 am to 4:30 pm. (closed
for lunch from noon to 1:00 pm). Saturdays by
appointment only.

Cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel an appointment, please give
us notice at least 24 hours in advance.

We accept cash, checks, and VISA or MasterCard only. Please note that payment is due at the time of
visit.
Parking:
We have plenty of parking available around our building within
100 feet of the front door ; our office is handicap-accessible. |
