BOTOX® COSMETIC

The most popular anti-wrinkle cosmetic procedure in the United States, Botox® injections work

by relaxing the muscles which cause frown lines or worry lines.  The most commonly treated

areas include the frown lines between the eyebrows, the horizontal worry lines across the forehead,

and the crow's feet at the corners of the eyes.  All treatments are performed by our physicians.

Prices*:  $12 per unit of Botox® needed for the first facial area treated.  Additional facial

areas on the same visit are $10 per unit.  Minimum fee of $100 for any Botox® service.

The following examples are estimates only; some individuals may require more or less Botox®

based on facial musculature.

          Eyes (crow's feet):  may take 16-24 units

          Forehead:  may take 12-24 units

          Eyebrow area:  may take 8-20 units
